BECKLEY — A homeowner is suing Lowe’s Home Center LLC, a home improvement company, citing alleged breach of contract, breach of implied warranty, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence.
Teresa Daniel filed a complaint on June 8 in Raleigh Circuit Court against Lowe’s Home Center LLC, alleging that the home improvement company violated the Consumer Credit and Protection Act.
