NEW ORLEANS – A shopper alleges she fell and injured her head in the parking lot of a home improvement store because of a flatbed cart.
Ann Villavasso filed a suit against Lowe’s Cos. Inc., doing business as Lowe’s Home Improvement, XYZ insurance company, John Doe (store manager) and unknown employees in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Sept. 12.
