The New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to find a man accused of stealing from several hardware stores and pawning the items.
On May 10, deputies found 24-year-old Sergio Juan Ramirez’s vehicle in the 5100 block of Carolina Beach Road and attempted to stop his car. Ramirez took off and eventually crashed the car in the 200 block of Raleigh Street, where he and several other occupants fled the scene.
