Frederick County law enforcement officials have arrested and charged two people accused of shoplifting $1,000 worth of ammunition from a Stephens City hardware store Saturday.
The defendants are Stevie Nicole Cornell, 29, of West Virginia, and Richard Edward Wood, 43, of Winchester, both of whom were charged with grand larceny.
