Headquartered at 1636 Industrial Park Road in Virginia Beach, Taylor’s is one of that city’s oldest retail businesses. James Jordan, Audie Fisher, Edward Hardy and Willard Ashburn began the enterprise in 1927. Robert Taylor joined later.
