STRONGSVILLE, Ohio – The owner of a Strongsville hardware store urged City Council members to vote against a zoning-code change that would have allowed a Tractor Supply Co. on Royalton Road.
Jeff Vavro, of Jeff’s True Value on Prospect Road, emailed his concerns to five council members March 5, one day before council –in a 4-3 vote – nixed the zoning-code amendment that Tractor supply needed.
