True Value Company recently honored 13 True Value hardware stores as winners of its 10th annual Best Hardware Store in Town recognition program. Richard McMaster, owner of Steele’s True Value Hardware, Tannersville, was presented with the award recently during True Value’s 2017 Spring Reunion in Anaheim, California.
