Over the past few weeks, Scott and Jennifer Seagren have learned a lot about interpreting customers’ questions. The couple recently purchased the hardware store in Two Harbors, renaming it Seagren’s True Value, and they’ve been asked if they have a “thing-a-ma-bob” in the store and some customers have even drawn pictures of what they are looking to purchase.

“Sometimes they use hand gestures and we sort of figure it out from there,” Scott said.
