WASHINGTON, D.C. (WKRN) – The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall Monday over a pair of Bypass Lopper Shears sold at the Home Depot.
The CPSC notes the handles on the shears can break while attempting to cut branches, which could lead to the risk of a cut.
