Jon Phillips has sold his Phillips Hardware store and headquarters in Colonie, New York, to Albany financial planner and real estate investor Tony Pettograsso.
The sale was completed March 24 but terms of the transaction were not available until the deed was recorded late last week in Albany County. The property sold for $900,000.
