Jim Lehrer stepped down as the chairman of the board of the Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Do it Best Corp., but he remains an active board member.
And more importantly, according to the co-op’s CEO Dan Starr, Lehrer remains “a lifelong cheerleader for our industry and a committed supporter of independent businesses.”
