ORLANDO – An Orlando man has filed suit against an Orlando hardware store after one of its employees struck him while he was walking.
Winston and Celia Pitters filed a complaint on May 16 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida – Orange County against Hardware & Equipment Florida Inc. and Jane Doe alleging negligence.
