When you submit your financial data for this year’s study, you’ll become a part of history. This year marks the 100-year anniversary of NRHA’s Cost of Doing Business Study. This industry benchmarking tool allows independent hardware stores, home centers and lumberyards to compare their financial performance against industry averages by providing retailers with metrics in areas like sales, profits, transaction size and more.
