Hillsboro-based lumber company Parr Lumber announced on Tuesday that it’s getting a little bit bigger. In a statement released on Nov. 1, officials with the Parr Lumber company announced that the store would be buying Country Homes Building Supply, a Spokane, Wash. store in operation in eastern Washington since 1947.
“Our two companies have enjoyed a mutual respect for one another, sharing the same values and dedication to our customers,” Parr Lumber CEO Doug Wirges said.
