The DeLand Ace Hardware store on South Woodland Boulevard has a new owner, who promptly closed the business so it can be completely renovated inside and out.
Richard Anderson, who has owned the Orange City Ace Hardware since it opened 32 years ago, said he’s buying the DeLand store and the property it sits on at 245 S. Woodland Blvd. It will be known as Ace Hardware of DeLand.
