Robert DeFlavio has lived just off Coolidge Avenue for more than a decade and said he’s sick of seeing the dumpsters in the Home Depot parking lot overflowing with trash, most of the time strewn across the grass.
Even though Home Depot manages the trash, store employees said that it is the public who has been illegally dumping trash and creating the mess in the area.
