Menards opened its newest super store last week in Bridgeview with a traditional board cutting ceremony performed by Bridgeview Mayor Steve Landek.
The new store, 240,000 square feet, replaces a Menards store that was originally built as a BJ Wholesale Club in the late 1980s. Menards moved into the space in the mid-1990s and had been there until that building was demolished more than a year ago.
