After expanding into Southern Indiana last year, Eau Claire, Wisc.-based Menards Inc. is looking farther south into Louisville.
The company filed a zoning preapplication with Louisville Metro Government on Monday to rezone several properties along Cooper Chapel Road, Preston Highway and Maple Springs Drive from residential to commercial use.
