SPRINGFIELD – Using a fraudulent return scheme, a Hartford man swindled more than $50,000 from Home Depot stores in Massachusetts and beyond, a prosecutor said.
Daniel Jarrett, 49, pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Springfield District Court to one count of larceny over $250 involving the Home Depot store in West Springfield.
