ST. LOUIS — A man is suing Home Depot USA Inc., alleging that he was injured by falling hardware while in a store.
Mujtaba Sultan filed a complaint on June 12 in St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Home Depot alleging that the home improvement chain breached its duty to maintain the premises in a reasonably safe condition.
