CHICAGO, April 26, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — Lowe’s stores nationwide united to raise over $7.5 million for the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s (MDA) iconic Shamrocks program which helps raise critical funds to save and improve the lives of kids and adults with muscular dystrophy, ALS and related life-threatening diseases that severely weaken muscle strength and mobility. As MDA’s largest Shamrocks retailer, this year marks 15 years of Lowe’s Shamrocks support, which now totals more than $57 million in overall funds raised since first teaming up with MDA in 2001.
