The owner of Frager’s Hardware will sell the 97-year-old Capitol Hill business to the local Ace Hardware-affiliated chain that owns Logan Hardware and 10 other stores in the Baltimore-Washington region.
John Weintraub, who has owned the beloved Capitol Hill mainstay since 1975, first announced the deal Wednesday morning in the Hill Rag. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
