The Chief of Police in Lewiston, Idaho, is suing the Home Depot over a faulty storage rack, he said Thursday.
Lewiston Chief of Police Chris Ankeny said he bought a storage rack from the Home Depot but when he tried to stand on it, it collapsed, and he broke his hand.
Ankeny said he has since suffered significant medical costs.
