Although Wendy Morgan only recently became the owner of Coast Hardware True Value in 2013, she’s been a small business owner for nearly 15 years. Both her grandfather and father owned small hardware stores in San Francisco and she said the challenges are still the same. And while Morgan said bypassing Willits might have impacted on her store, she also thinks the recent election and weather play a big part.
