BETHEL — Those who stop by Frank’s Up The River General Store in Bethel will not only be able to buy gas, a lottery ticket, a beverage and snack foods, but load up on hardware needs.
Store owner David Singleton, who also owns HomeTown Hardware in Canton, said he opened the HomeTown Hardware Express after customers continued to ask for the service.
