TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) — Margaret Randolph didn’t pick up the wrong light bulb on accident, and neither did her neighbor, or the other homeowners around Topeka sporting blue porch lights.
“The way things are going with the cops and civilians, I just think this is a great way of showing them we do care,” said Randolph.
Blue lights for blue lives have been showing up on front porches around the country to show support for law enforcement. Roach True Value Hardware is responsible for many of the blue glows being seen around Topeka.
