The Grants Pass Department of Public Safety seized a vehicle that had broken down in the parking lot of the Home Depot store this week and got a surprise.
Officers were alerted late Wednesday to a newer black Chevy Tahoe with no plates that had been parked for a long time at the store on NE Westbrook Way. There were two men inside the vehicle when police arrived on scene.
