No suspects have yet to be identified after four rifles were stolen from the McKinleyville Ace Hardware store earlier month during a power outage, according to Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office public information officer Stacy Hanson on Thursday.

The sheriff’s office was alerted to the robbery on Feb. 9 just after 3:30 a.m. after the store’s alarm system was activated. Two semiautomatic rifles and two bolt-action rifles were stolen after an unknown number of suspects broke a glass door to enter the store, Hanson said.
