GOSHEN – A former bookkeeper pleaded guilty on Thursday in Orange County Court to embezzling $83,436 from her former employers at two local hardware stores.
Nadine Sienko, 55, now of Summerville, S.C., pleaded guilty to second-degree grand larceny, a felony, and acknowledged that she and her husband, Lawrence Sienko, had stolen the money from Goshen Hardware in Goshen and Ayres & Galloway in Middletown.
