HOUSTON — A Seabrook woman is suing Home Depot, alleging the defendant’s negligence led to injuries for the plaintiff.
Linda Sue Ruthsrom filed a lawsuit Nov. 17 in Harris County District Court against The Home Depot Store No. 6985 in Houston, Ward Dahl and The Home Depot USA Inc., alleging failure to provide a safe place to work.
