Davis Ace Hardware, the biggest retailer downtown, is making several adjustments at its flagship store, which stretches over several buildings between Second and Fourth streets adjacent to the railroad tracks.
It’s part of an ongoing long-term strategy to modernize the century-old store’s business strategy, to reflect the changing times.
