PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — 10 On Your Side has learned that Dail’s Hardware Store on Portsmouth Boulevard is closing after 60 years in business.
Dail says the doors will be closing sometime in late August. He tells WAVY News that he is retiring and there is no one to take over his store.
