WHITE HALL — Ace Hardware has been in the Middletown Mall since Monty Burdoff, owner, opened the business 14 years ago. Over the years the store has been successful.
“Ace’s policy, and you can tell by the commercials, is customer service, and well, that just happens to be my policy too,” Burdoff said.
He said starting out he really emphasized the importance of good customer service to his employees. At first they were unsure but after seeing the results, he said the employees had no problem with great customer service.
