CHICAGO — A customer is suing Home Depot, alleging a store’s negligence caused him to fall and suffer injuries.
Sean Ronan filed a lawsuit April 18 in Cook County Circuit Court against Home Depot U.S.A. Inc. alleging a Chicago store knowingly violated the Illinois Premises Liability Act by failing to keep and maintain a reasonably safe condition inside their premises.
