CHICAGO — A customer is suing Home Depot, alleging insufficient measures were taken to prevent injuries to the plaintiff as the defendant’s store in Carol Stream.
Jaime Kalinowski filed a lawsuit May 27 in Cook County Circuit Court against The Home Depot U.S.A. Inc. and First Acorn LLC, alleging negligence in failing to keep the store’s premises free from any hazards that could cause an accident.
