BELLEVILLE – A Belleville man is suing Menard’s, alleging negligence for injuries he says he suffered when he fell on snow at the defendant’s O’Fallon store.
William R. Moseley Jr. filed the lawsuit Feb. 9 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Menard Inc., a snow removal contractor whose name is unknown, and the general manager of Menards, at 1179 Central Park Drive, O’Fallon.
