NEPTUNE – The gentleman was a regular customer at The Home Depot, but he could not find the right washer among a sea of them in the hardware department.
Sales associate Kevin Woolley came over and solved the problem in five seconds.
“No. 10, right there,” Woolley said, pointing to the elusive piece.
