Ace Hardware Corporation (“Ace” or the “Company”), the largest retailer-owned hardware cooperative in the world, today reported third quarter 2016 revenues of $1.2 billion, a decrease of $46.5 million or 3.6 percent from the third quarter of 2015. Net income was $50.2 million for the third quarter of 2016, a decrease of $4.1 million from the third quarter of 2015.
