The hardware store plans to use the former G-Will Liquors building in the 80th Street Crossing retail center at 80th Street and Hadley Avenue. It submitted a permit for interior demolition, Cottage Grove Economic Development Director Christine Costello said. The plan includes a 10,884-square-foot store. The G-Will site is 15,000 square feet.
