Ace Hardware Corp. has named Karen May as a new member of the cooperative’s board of directors.
May is executive vice president and chief human resources officer of Mondelēz International Inc., which was formerly Kraft Foods Inc. She has served in a variety of executive leadership positions during her career and has finance and human resources experience.
