Ace Hardware’s 798,786-square-foot distribution building in Prince George County is on the market. According to CBRE|Richmond, which announced the listing Tuesday, the asking price for the facility at 7000 Hardware drive is $28 million. The Richmond and Hampton Roads office of CBRE are the listing agents for the property.
The building sits on 155 acres and can be expanded by about 391,000 square feet. Currently, the building has more than 41,000 square feet of office space, 84 cross-dock loading doors and a 32 foot-clear height.
