Baton Rouge, Louisiana-based Holmes Building Materials acquired cross-town lumberyard Ed Price Building Materials.
Holmes plans to consolidate their Baton Rouge retail store, Sherwood Forest showroom and door manufacturing facility over the next year into the current Ed Price building on Airline Highway.
