A woman has settled a lawsuit with a Bergen County Home Depot after a mouse allegedly attacked her last year.
Annette Reaves, 58, of Hackensack, said in the lawsuit that she was delivering plants to the Hackensack store Aug. 26, 2016, when the mouse jumped onto her.
