September 20, 2017- Westlake Ace Hardware announced today it has acquired Outer Banks Ace Hardware. The chain has six locations between Dare and Currituck counties in North Carolina. With this acquisition, Westlake now operates 107 retail hardware locations in the U.S.
According to Westlake, it was a seamless transition of ownership and the stores will retain the Outer Banks Ace name, management, store personnel, and the current product mix.
