The federal lawsuit in which The Home Depot was accused of the “heinous defrauding of the American consumer” by shorting customers on paint has been dismissed.
Notice of the stipulated dismissal signed by the plaintiff, Gary L. Tyson of Northumberland who represented himself, and an attorney representing The Home Depot was filed Tuesday in U.S. Middle District Court.
