More than 64,000 light fixtures sold exclusively at Home Depot have been recalled after reports of the light shades detaching and falling, posing laceration and burn hazards.
According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, Home Depot has received more than 100 reports of the shades falling, including one report of a person who was cut on the head and burned on the arm and another person who was cut on the leg by a falling shade.
