Work is expected to start next week on a huge new Stihl Southeast Inc. warehouse and distribution center near Orlando International Airport.
Site work will be kicking off on the 154,400-square-foot, built-to-suit in Liberty Park at AIPO will include about 20,000 square feet of office space and a 25,000 square foot climate-controlled order assembly area, Malvern, Penn.-based real estate investment trust (REIT) Liberty Property Trust announced on March 8.
