A woman who repeatedly stole merchandise from Menards in Forsyth and then tried to return it to the store for money was arrested and jailed Monday night, according to police reports.
A sworn affidavit from the Macon County Sheriff’s Office said the 28-year-old woman worked the thieve-and-return scheme with a 59-year-old male accomplice who had been arrested earlier.
