Shoppers will see some changes at Lowe’s stores this spring, the busiest time of the year for home-improvement retailers, but it “will not be perfect,” says CEO Marvin Ellison.

“You will see tweaks,” which includes the product mix on shelves, fewer out-of-stock items and a bit more value for shoppers, Ellison said during a phone interview with the Charlotte Business Journal on Wednesday — the company’s earnings day.
